97 SL320 - almost out of warranty - problems to look for?

My 3 year Starmark warranty is about to end on my 97 SL320 (54k miles). I'm bringing the car into the dealer for a few minor things so I figured I would have them go over it and see if anything is worn / needs replacing before the warranty is up and I have to pay for it myself. Is there anything in particular that seems to go bad around this kind of age or mileage? Any problem areas I should have them check? Thanks!
