Hi idle 1300RPM when warm

1991 500 SL 129 body, idles fine on cold start,both in neutral and in
gear but when engine comes up to temp idle raises up to 1300 RPM
I've cleaned up the idle control valve but to no avail, same situation
as before, Any suggestions out there, Thank you....
