87 560sl fuse problem

turn on ignition to pos.2, fuse 5 blows out. started about 3 weeks ago, occasionally. now, every time. pulled relays thinking it was window relay defect-still pops fuse. bad ign. switch? no other fuse problems. also tried 16a. fuse-still pops. thanks.
