1983 SL, what is "reservoir" for vacuum tubing?

I replaced my throttle body idle/load enrichment switch on my car which had a broken off plastic line as well as one that was blocked off.

If you see my previous post here:

http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/showthread.php?t=149018

I have accounted for everything (EGR valve, warm up reg lower chamber, and the 4 point distributor), except that I have one line that was designated for the "RESERVOIR FOR FULL LOAD ENRICHMENT" in the manual.

I'm assuming this means the charcoal canister for the fuel tank vent control?

I am seeing a T fitting in my vacuum line going to the EGR valve from the throttle body that feeds into the charcoal canister. The manual shows these two items having separate lines, not tied together.

So should I remove the T-fitting from EGR and charcoal canister, and feed the RESERVOIR line into the charcoal canister, and a straight line to the EGR?

Thanks in advance!
