oil + Coolant light stop working not bulbs????
 

Hi Guys,
Found a strange this today, looked at my instrument cluster (SL320 2001 Model) and saw that there were two lights that were not working this morning.
Initial thoughts lead me to think that it may be the bulbs but having tested the bulbs and they are ok.... i am slightly confused now as to why 2 lights nest to each other would not work??????......
any one had this problem before where dash lights give up?????
any ideas to what it may be????

If they are nested, could they share a ground wire that has come loose?
