Replace 2004 SL Nav with 2005 to get it up to date?
 

I'm in the process of getting a 2004 SL600, but I would really like the new features of 2005 and above (can't afford any newer than 2004). It looks like the navigation is the only thing that is different with the 2004 and the newer models. Can I replace the Navigation with a 2005? Also, if I do that will I be able to use the Bluetooth phone module (since I'm assuming they are integrated)?
