hard start corrected with new fuel accumulator
Thanks to everyone who has ever posted tech answers to posted problems. My '80 450 was starting hard when hot and through the previous posts I figured that the fuel accumulator was the culprit. Sure enough, she fires up great now no matter the circumstance.
I also replaced all the brake pads and it seems to have solved the squealing brake problem. The previous owner had recently replaced the tires and had mounted the blackwalls out (like i've seen on every 107 around) so i tried something different, I pic1 pic2 pic3 pic4 pic5 wallster '80 450SL |
