Going to remove Radiator on my 450 -Advice please

I know, I know, I got a lot of questions, but this persistant small leak, the wrong ( green antifreeze) and past use of "stop leak" in the system is not got me feeling too good.I need to remove radiator, will opening all the other lines give me grief, is one for tranny the other oil???while I am at it ai will drain the system but I cannot find the block drains. Do I have to open these or can I do the fill empty , fill empty thing. If I do find them can they be reused or do I have to get new ones, so many questions, so many thanks --- in advance!

Be very carefull undoing the trans hoses at the radiator...make sure you use a back up wrench.

Green antifreeeze is not a big issue...it's fine if changed regularly and tested for correct %.

Don't worry abvout block drain...most can't be undone anyway.

Catch all fluids...EPA vilation to allow them to drain into the ground or down the drain.

With the thermostat out too, you can flush the block with a hose after sucking all the coolant out with your wet/vac.

I am going to do thermostat, so just flush from that point will get block pretty good? Seems safer than trying to wrestle with the plugs
thanks

Yes.
Thermostat will require new O ring.
Check water/coolant pump for signs of leaks.....do it now if found.

Use pointed wood dowel plugs to put in tranny lines after you remove them.....other wise you'll leak 2 to 3 quarts on the ground over next few hours.
