All Panel instruments dead except temp
 

Gas, speedometer, tachometer, oil pressure, fuel mpg all laying silently. Only gauge working is the temperature gauge.

Fuse? I checked all of them, even the ones in the relays - all good. I only checked the fuse box under the hood. Is there another location for fuses for the panel?

The lights work on the panel also, if that helps.

There are other fuses in the trunk, although I don't know if they're connected to the dash.
Also, just because the fuses look good, they might not be. Take the appropriate ones out and check the continuity.
