Who has some 107 fairings?
I am looking for dimensions, one of the members from another board pulled a 107 front fairing off a 123 and I would like to see how close of a fit they really are (this fairing had seen many many many better days). Does anyone know if the Euro 123 bumpers are the same or really close to the 107? There hasn't been a 107 at the junkyard in a while now.

Euro W123 and euro W107 are not the same.
Euro W107 is chrome back to the wheel opening and the W123 is covered on the ends with a black extension. Although, there were some W123's that had wrap around chrome on the bumper. Front bumper on a W107 is v'eed, W123 is flatter in plan view. I would not expect them to interchange, but it's been a few years since I've had a W123 with euros. Of course, you can make a lot of things fit if you have a welder.... Jim

Mutt,
Are you referring to the spoiler below the bumper? If so, there are two styles. Early 450SL came with just the pan, no spoiler. The 380SL had a black plastic flexible spoiler that fit below the pan and came around the side towards the front wheel opening. The 86 and up cars had a solid ('glass, metal(?)) spoiler that covered the pan and had a rubber lip. The black plastic style is flexible, and I would think it could conform to a W123 pan. Jim

I am referring to aftermarkets. AMG / Zender etc.
This guy said he pulled these off a W123. I know the SL hood will fit and that sure looks like a 107 lower. http://bayimg.com/fAJdeaabl http://bayimg.com/FAjdgaaBL http://bayimg.com/fajdHaAbl

That's not an SL hood. Jim

Exactly. W107 hood has a 'powerdome' in the middle. That hood looks like a W123 hood with a SEC style grille. W107 grilles bolt on like a W123 grill, no hood metal down sides, or below the grille. Jim
