interior carpet color

the MB dealer states that the code for my carpet is 234 the same as the seats. The seat color looks like palamino but the carpet looks beige. The color I think they stated to me was Date leather seats and Date velour carpet. Is there such a thing as the color "DATE" ? Can I find a vendor that will use the original numbers that the dealer used for colors? thank you

I've seen lots of carpet sets that have faded from the original hue.
Check in a hidden area and see if you can see the original color.

They really don't look faded. But there is an extremen difference in the color of the door panels and the seats if in fact they were the same color code. Carpets almost look beige
