Cooling system hoses 1991 300SL

Since all of the cooling system rubber hoses are original to this 68K mile SL I think it is time to be thinking about replacing them.

The top and bottom radiator hoses are the obvious ones.

What other hoses are their that should be replaced and how hard are they to get to?

I plan to do the work myself.
