Looking for small euro bumpers

I'd like to refit 1982 380sl with the smaller bumpers. Does anybody know where to find some? Thanks, Kraig

While I suppose used sets are available, you might try kkmfg.com for new sets. Their website shows the full part set for small style bumpers, but they ain't cheap.

Hello 230/8, Thanks for reply. I went to kkmfg site and your'e right, theyr'e not cheap. Especially when your'e buying each individual part. I'll keep looking. It's not imperative, but I like the look of the 107 body lines with the small bumpers. I'm also changing my alloy wheels to the more classic look of steel wheels with Mercedes hubcaps I found on ebay.

107 owner...You can find front and rear bumpers at salvage yard for $1600 plus shipping.Then the 3 lower valence panels,on rear,may need paint match to your base color($200?).The best place for them,IMHO,is any euro SLC since the SLC's don't hold value too well.Look for a part out on an SLC and you may pick them up for $500 or so.That's what I did.

It was a little trouble to pull off...but they look great.

Just watch on Ebay and be patient. I got a set about 2 months ago in gorgeous condition with rear valance at a very low price. Been looking ever since I got the car and took about a year. They do come up from time to time.

Nuts I sold two sels recently I let you know next time they are correct around $1500 for everything but it weel worth it.
