m110 water pump

I am now going vinto the frt. Of the car and would like to "clean up" the frt of the motor.waterpump,and all these short hoses it looks like you need to pull the crank pulley and balancer off which means replacing the frt... seal? Is this the process to do the pump ,btw I found some one to recore the radiator.
