Replacement wheels for 82 SL

I would like to change the "14 wheels on my '82 380 SL. I am considering using the eight hole 15" wheels that come on the "92 "S" type. This would be 7" by 15" with Michelin Pilot tires size 205/65-15. Can this be done and will there be any problems to overcome?

The 1992 S-class uses 8 x 16 wheels & has a 14mm lug bolt.
The 1991 S-class(W126) uses a wheel that will bolt on to your car. I'm sure that Tirerack can help.
