Fog light bulb replacement 380SL

I have new bulbs but when I take the two screws out of the lens crome cover it just sits there. Before I stress it enough to break it am I missing something. Its a 1981 380sl.

If you took the screws out, the lens should come off to get at the bulb. It may just be stuck on the seal if it's been in place for a long time.

Thanks I tapped the metal with a rubber hammer gently and it broke loose. They are both working with new bulbs
