1986 MB 500SL fuel pump relay

looking for fuel pump relay part no 0025453303, or replacement part no. An online Part supplier said it was 0035452505 but body of relay was to big for socket. Any help would be appreciated.

Where did you find that part number? The parts sites don't show that one for the 560SL.

Yeah I know, I have yet to find it on any MB lists. Also, I have a Euro 500SL not a US 560SL and many parts apparently are not compatible. The relay part # came off the actual relay removed from the car.

Sorry I misread. The 3303 does show as original for your 500SL It has been superseded a couple of times. I think one may be 0035450105. Try looking up here https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/epc/mercedes/1/ It has Euro models and is close to what the new EPC looks like. I didn't renew when it changed.

I have an 82 500SL and my replacement (not sure if the previous owner already changed it... wouldn't be surprised...) fuel pump relay was part number 001 545 34 05.

Thanks Matt, the '82 has a 7 prong relay the 86 has a 9 prong, not sure what the extra two do, but.....
Rowdie, thanks for the EPC site, will come in handy, and yes the EPC shows the 0105 relay. Found a rebuilt one at programainc.com, parts.com was out of stock.
thanks again
