vacuum hoses

I'm trying to figure out the vacuum hose connections in the engine bay on a 1980 380SL, RHD. I know I need to change the split joiner, but this how the car arrived to me.

Any help greatly appreciated.

You will need to look at the vacuum diagram in the service manual for your particular year and model.
