Wanted ASAP: 380SE Water pump and associated parts

All:

Yesterday, while returning from work, my 380SE overheated. I limped back home.

I need ASAP (1) Cooling fan blade (2) Radiator and (3) Water Pump. Any of you have these parts ?

Thanks,

Amit

Just interested in what happened there...Did the waterpump become loose and let the fan spin into the radiator? Thats the only creative way I could picture a need to replace all those items...

Actually, the fan itself came loose because the waterpump seized (I think). There is one single bolt holding the fan clutch to the waterpump.

wierd that the bolts holding the fan on would come loose since they were designed to just tighten while the fan is spinning. Did anyone touch that part of the car recently? I was just messing around with my fan im gonna check it first thing to make sure its tight.

Sorry to hear about the incident,
Peter

Picture a spinning fan and then the water pump suddenly stops (seizes). THe fan keeps spinning and unscrews. At least that is my theory on how it happened.

I am back on the road again after a weekend of satisfying wrenching !
