MB wheels are available

The bundt style MB wheels are still in Perry, GA, about 110 miles south of Atlanta on I-75

Zip here is 31069. Check the shipping to your zip and let me know how you would like them to travel.

I would like to to have the 15s but I am too lazy to drive over there to get them and too cheap to pay the shipping.

Do those wheels use the original lugs?

They use MB lugs

The 15's were on my 123 parts car for awhile. I'm pretty sure they use the short lugs that go on a steel wheel. I could pop one on for a test if need be.

By the way, just how lazy are you? I can be pretty sorry myself You never know when I or a friend might be headed in your general direction, wherever that is

How much would you say the 14" wheels weigh?

Alloy wheel weight?

I don't have any scales at my house (pure case of denial) but just guessing, no more than 10 lbs. each.

I am taking off for Thanksgiving but will be "weighing in" on Saturday. I'll post a # and $ to McAllen, TX.

I am currently in Mobile, AL. If you know someone who is heading this way, let me know.

If these wheels are straight and don't require any expensive mounting kits, I am interested. Do they mount correctly, do you need hubcentric rings or special lugs?

I am interested in them for gearing. Any idea of what is the largest diameter tire that will fit under a 123 without scraping?

78 series?

I've heard the "tire wars" here where 195/78's were run with ease. I'm not sure if you could go to a 205/78 without bumps or rubs. Those were 14's and not the 15's of the ARE's.

By the way, I moved to Perry, GA after 9 years in Pensacola, FL. I still have relatives and friends there. I could meet you there with the wheels.

They mounted right up. No extra parts. Could you make that terrible long drive over I-10 to pick them up?

Trip to Pensacola

My wife wants to come visit her mom there. I'll let you know ASAP. Probably be in the next week or so.
