Hi,

I've got one completely unused Zerostart engine heater for sale. It is the 120VAC, 1500W model and plumbs into your lower coolant hose. It heats the coolant in its own little tank, and the heated coolant naturally flows upward into the system, which pulls cold coolant into the tank to be heated. ZeroStart heaters are very popular among the TDI crowd, which is why I chose it. TDI owners seem to report that a 4-5 cylinder engine will come to operating temperature in less than an hour with this heater.

I purchased it before I realized that my car already has a functional block heater installed, and so it isn't necessary for me.

The heater is the complete retail set in original packaging and with original instructions. It also includes the optional "Mercedes Adapter". It should be a complete kit, but since I haven't installed one on a Mercedes before, it is possible that an additional fitting or two may be necessary.

JC Whitney sells the heater for $39.99, plus $10.99 for the Mercedes adapter. I'll sell both for 45$ including 48 states shipping (I'll ship elsewhere if necessary, just contact me for a shipping quote).

I'll probably put it up on Ebay if no one here wants it, but I thought I'd give a forum member first dibs.
