126 Wheels I'm selling in Perfect Condition
Does anyone need or know someone who might want a set of perfect condition original wheels that fit a Mercedes 126 body. I have a set I had powder coated about 7 years ago. They came off of my 1987 420 SEL. They have never even had tires or valve stems mounted in them since they were refinished.
The numbers for the wheels are as follows: 7Jx15H2, under that it has ET25. As far as I know that means they are 7"x15" and have an offset of 25mm. The Mercedes part number is 1264003002. The 20 lug bolts are also power coated. The wheels were never bent or damaged in any way. I had them refinished because the finish on stock wheels did not hold up well and looked terrible. I had planned on putting snow tires on the wheels but ended up selling the car. I had bought another set of wheels and tires for the car and they obviously sold with the car, that's why I have this extra set. I’m going to take a bunch more pictures so it anyone wants more pictures just ask and I’ll email them to you. |

question
Why is it that there has been NO mention of $ concerning these wheels. This seems to be BOTH via PM and in the current thread. This seems to me, at least, to be somewhat strange......I do know that I AM somewhat strange...
Any thoughts out there? Best wishes always, spo out |

Sorry, I thought I had sent a PM or email with a detailed message to all that were interested. That message also had my email address, name, address and telephone number. I've included it below, but I've left out my private contact information which I'd be happy to provide anyone who requests same by PM.
Below is what I have sent to those who expressed interest. I'm asking $425. or Best reasonable offer for the 4 wheels, 20 lug bolts, plus shipping. The wheels are original Mercedes wheels not aftermarket. I've shipped stuff FedEx ground insured before and they are the cheapest I've found. The shipping price is very reasonable if shipping them to a business address, if they go to a residence they charge more; actually more than you would think, based on what they charge for shipping to a business. I estimate shipping weight for each wheel at 25lbs, each wheel weighs 20lbs. They will go in boxes I estimate to be 20x20x15. I will charge the buyer the actual cost for shipping. My location is Charleston, SC 29407. To figure the approximate cost go to FedEx link below and you can figure shipping to your address. http://www.fedex.com/ratefinder/home?cc=US&language=en&link=1&lid=//Ship//Pack+Rates+Corp I’ve taken some more photos and I did find a tiny flaw in one of the wheels. It’s a tiny indentation that was there when it was powercoated, it does not go thru the finish. It is visible in one of the photos. The color of the wheels is metallic silver but it is not the exact Mercedes silver. The color is a little bit lighter. I think the photos show that. I can send you more photos if you provide me your email address. If anyone has any questions you may call me or email me. My ebay ID is gelb993, I've bought stuff and sold things too so check my feedback. Ron |
