according to my source, they will fit the 300E
look at any stock CLK430 and those are the rims.
a 5 spoke AMG rim 17x7.5 front, 17x8.5 rear.

i dont know exactly how much shipping will be. i will check. but i dont think it'll be more than $100...my best guess. the tires i have on there is Michelin Pilot Spt ZR rated. 225/45/17 front; 245/40/17 rear...
