The only thing I can find is the number 247223 that is stamped into it. Looks like a class 1 hitch. I can take a photo and post it that will help.

Now, I am not sure you can use for a bike, as I have never had a rack. That being said, this is a Class 1 hitch, and I have found out from the number 247223 that this must be a Uhaul hitch. No, I do not have the receiver nor the ball, but I do have the wiring harness. See the photos attached. I will ship it to 49085 for $65.
