You may want to consider buying one new...

I have a spare...but you may be able to get a new one shipped free with some of the suppliers who offer that with a 50 dollar purchase..

My spare is more than usable..but I just don't think I could charge more than 15 dollars...and shipping might be another 15.

There are two, a front (under oil pan) and rear (under transmission area). Both are expensive new. You may find a front one used, but the rears are made from fiberglass instead of ABS/plastic and are almost always broken or lost. Very hard to find them used. Here's some photos:

Must be a different belly pan for the diesel engine.

Mine more closely resembles the top one... and it is plastic.

Maybe I was mistaken. I saw 124, then noticed in your signature a diesel.

This came from a 300e, 1988,

Yup, the gas engines have totally different sound panels. They only have one and it does not go as far back, and it doesn't have the noise absorbing foam attached. I have a 1986 300E but don't have a photo of the sound panel for comparison. I should probably take a picture next time it's off the car, huh.

I made a temporary one from galvanized steel. That solves the protection purpose and the drip collection purpose.
The real reason I wanted one was to make my car as close to spec/stock/showroom as possible. I am wierd that way.
The other day I untaped the wire bundle for the X24/F connectors underneath the right passenger footwell carpet, they were all corroded. I stripped and soldered them and my Central Locking System came to Life! I was like a kid jumping with joy. I had already replaced the actuator with no results.
I am going to buy a new hood pad. I'm also looking for an ambient temperature LED and fix my headlight wipers; then my car will be pretty much up to spec--except no ABS undercover.....
