N.T.B.---Hydraulic Hose/Line
Hi guys.
This is in regard to a 1983 300TD Wagon. I need the hydraulic hose that comes out of the hydraulic pump on the front of the engine. It has a banjo fitting on the one end, and connects under/behind the air filter housing to a steel hydraulic line (looks just like a brake line). Please let me know if you have one. Thank you.

Your best best is to bring the failed/line to be replaced to a farm or industrial hydraullic hose maker in your town. I chose one that uses AeroQuip products.
The can do it on the the spot, and probably for 1/5 of the cost. I had the self-levelling line and my A/C line done with a much more robust assembly than stock and each line with fittings was under $85. :-) neil |
