I have a 300 diesel engine I'm thinking of selling. The engine was completely rebuilt about 20k ago. It runs great. Still in car. I'm going to get a compression test within the next few weeks to have some numbers to go with it. I have the name of the mechanic that rebuilt it. Is the engine that you are selling coming from the 300CD body.If so what are you going to do with the 300CD body. Is it in decent shape.

Yes, the engine is from my 300cd. It's not the original engine. The engine is actually from a 77 300d. As for the rest of the car, it is in very good shape. Little bit of rust in a couple of places. But, I do have other commitments for the rest of the car. If your interested let me know. Plans do have a habbit of falling apart. andy.
