I recently bought a lot that included the above engines. Again, I've got a 100% factory NEW EURO 560 engine, and a 100% factory NEW EURO 2.3-16V engine. Where are you located? In Lebanon or SoCal? Can you provide pictures of the 560 engine?

As for boring/honing Alusil blocks, I was eventually faxed the info straight from Kolbenschmidt themselves. Which reminds me, I should scan it and put it up here
