Fintail Parts Help!!!!
HI, I own a 1968 MB 230S. I need a headliner, carpeting, The box that goes underneath the dashboard to hide all the wires. Possibly a new dashboard, and white steering wheel. not sure what you mean by the box under the dash to "hide" the wires.
By saying you need "the dash", I presume you need the wood. That's easy usually. Which control switches do you have on your dash? There are a few varients and usually nobody notices until they try and actually do the wood swap. Photos of what you have and what your missing would be ideal, since it would allow us to match the wood more closely. White steering wheels (or at least, Ivory) show up on ebay often, but good ones rarely are below 150$. I'm looking for one myself. At some point I'll resort to crack filler. In theory it works well. As for the headliners and carpets, there are several upholstery sources available. Gaah or some such thing was mentioned recently as having headliners. I personally prefer the lovely wool ones. -CTH
