To answer in order: A264172- the manual covers All the parts, Engine,Trans., Body, inside etc... every nut and bolt with exploded views. ebennz- Yes white cover. While no date I beleve early ed. as it shows 5-speed and back cover#6450 005760 DVWNATE 1- Sorry to say no CD bodyparts alltho I used this book for my 83 240D with no problems , I now have a 82 book I found at the thrift store  2dieseljohn
