WTB: 240D manual trans. in FL.
Would like to change out my auto trans. A whole parts car would be ok. Willing to trade one of my 300D turbo's, or just buy the parts.

4 Speed Manual Trans
I have a 4 speed manual trans from a 1980-300D and it is on ebay right now...until the 19th... I have driven the car and the transmission is a good one...Jim

Do you know if that would bolt up to the 1981 240D? I'm also going to need the clutch pedal and all that assy. as well as shifter. Kinda why I was hoping to find a complete car. Going to Ebay now to check it out.

Transmission
Yes, I did get it off a 240D not a 300D and it will bolt right to your engine.. I have all the remaining flywheel, pressure plate, clutch, pedal parts to complete the assembly, however you would need a new tube from the clutch to the pedal.. they are readily availabe new on here and other places... I get 150 plus shipping for the clutch etc assembly...Jim
