1993 190E 2.6 Parting Out in Raleigh/Durham NC areas ONLY

1993 Mercedes 190E 2.6, parting out, in the Raleigh/Durham areas of North Carolina only....but if you are either traveling through and want to meet for pick-up, or you live close enough to drive, I'll meet you somewhere....but no out-of-state requests, no pay-pal.

Interior (tan in color) has no tears, rips or cuts, basically looks brand new, (car has under 140K original miles) and it has been well kept.

Parting out complete car, except engine and transmission (2.6) .
>>Differential
>>Exhaust system
>>steering gear box
>>gas tank
>>front-end parts available
>>doors sold with wiring and electric motors w/glass
>>Interior - seats, carpeting, console, shifter, etc.

Let me know what you need. Email me or send an IM and I'll get back with you as soon as I possibly can. Thanks.

You beat me to it! I called a day late on this one...
Glad to see it went to someone on the forum, though!

Smile Early bird??

Hey, sorry but I had to have it! I called the guy and got directions and went to pay him cash at his house in Wendell, not far from Clayton. I took him at his word that it cranked and ran, so here is a testimony of faith...IN GOD providing for me, and now I'm concentrating on other things since I bought this 190!

Picked it up yesterday and it cranked before I could release the key from the start position....it floored me, and sounded exactly like the 2.3 so I shut it off, and was depressed that it sounded like the 2.3, so I went to the trunk lid, and read 2.6.....then I wrestled with the hood and got it open, and counted six spark plug wires, two exhaust mainfolds....my eyes did not fail me where my ears did! I then cranked it again and could not believe how smooth and quite it ran. The wrecker driver at the lot asked me if I cranked it (he was with a customer and only heard the starter spin!).

Man this 2.6 runs so good that my current 2.6 (1987 260E) engine with transmission is now up for sale!!! .....it runs excellent with a new valve job with guides/seals a year ago, and it runs strong!

Let me know if you need any parts:
1993 190E 2.6
parting out everything except drivetrain, electrical, ignition, rims and lug bolts

Interior is in "like-new" condition - tan in color, black dash
brake master cylinder and booster
gas tank
steering box
front end parts
rear end parts
brake calipers & rotors
windshield is not cracked
all glass is good and intact, no cracks
seats with electric motors
electric window regulators/with motors
rear window "third brake light"
factory cassette radio with amp

Good luck with your future parts search!

A.
