I have a complete extra head sitting out in the shop from an '80yr 616, so chances are I have one if you still need it, I'll look tomorrow. Top end was good on that engine, it had just tossed a con rod.

Dunno if you can shorten a 617 tube, seems like you could...

The tube ends are pinched and drilled for the screws which hold it to the cam towers.
If you shorten it then you would still need to pinch and drill a new screw hole... then pray that the spray holes are aligned....

let me know which one it is or if they are all the same.

regardless of the present part needs i owe you a favpr for the speakers on the black 350sdl.
