In 30+ yrs I've never locked my glove box door, so I don't care if it has the tumbler in there, just as long as it looks okay from the outside. The one in my car rattles like crazy because I broke a couple of the small plastic pieces inside the latch when I was tinkering w/ it.
If the door latches well then I'll take it - doesn't matter if it locks.

all three look very good. the one without the lock is a euro i guess. it had no lock ever and the sign inside it is in german!
