I am switching to rectangular Euros on my Euro 300D, and am going to sell my Bosch rounds. These have the vacuum ports, but no vacuum pods inside. All bulbs are working, but lens is somewhat pitted from the years of service. Still illuminate very well, however. I also have a headlight level adjuster switch I can include or sell separately if anyone's interested.

I have not had the lenses off to inspect inside, so assume the reflectors might use a freshening up. As stated, though, they illuminate just fine as-is. All offers considered, and of no one's interested, I'll throw them on eBay and post a link here. Thanks!

Anyone? $150 OBO? These aren't perfect, but they are fully functional OEM Bosch Euro lights.

Will they install easily in my 240D, and are brighter than the originals I have?

They're a direct fit, very easy to install. I think you'll need a new 6-pin plug housing to rearrange the wiring to work, but someone sells those right here on the forum for $6 or so. Do a search and you'll find all sorts of info on making Euro lights work in a US W123.

Euro lights are definitely and improvement over US spec, IMHO.

1981 240d (engine donor 1983 240d) recently rebuilt engine hurray! - No more.. fought a tree and the tree won.

pearl black 1983 240d 4speed (Converted!@$$%) atleast the tranny was rebuilt.
