Going for cheap, 244K, and I believe it is in good shape. P/O gave up on the car when the motor let go, and I don't want to send it to the scrap yard if some one can use it..

Also one out of a 83 300D, needs a throttle position cable, it had 270K on it and shifted fine.. I bought this one just in case my tranny went out on the daily driver, but mine seems to be running just fine..

The one with 244K is a 80 300TD...

Fluid looks ok, smells ok. car was scrapped due to the motor letting go, so I assume the transmission is good.. the fella used to complain about the tranny in his outher benz but not this one..
