Hopefully new member "germaus37" is a legitimate seller, but several forum members and I have our doubts. Looks like he may be former forum member "John Candy," whose business practices are well chronicled here. If germaus37 (or anyone else, for that matter) PM's you with an offer to sell parts, proceed with caution. If the seller asks you to send payment to a Davey Pittman in or near Atlanta, run like heck.

First of all I don't know Candyman or anyone else by that name and who the heck are you to try to call anybody out? I just think that you so called grown men don't have any business trying to bash anyone because you were stupid enough to give your money away.

I wish the heck you would try this mess on me like you are Mr. Pittman, you would wish that you had. You need to grow up and find something better to do with your time. Just trying to look out for my friends on mercedesshop. If you're not Davey Pittman, I will gladly stand corrected. It's easy enough to find out who's posting on here, and I've made the necessary requests to do so. Davey Pittman ripped me off, and I'm none too happy about it, so yes, I will make time to see that he's unable to do that to others. Again, if you're not Mr. Pittman, you have nothing to worry about.

Well I think you need to go about in a more adult and professional way. You guys are no better than a lynch mob!!! I don't care what you find out about me but you need to be very careful before you start calling out people or you may get burned again. If you are any of the other guys came around my place you may not leave the way you came and you can take that however you feel. This guy sent you the parts originally according to you, didn't he? Well that doesn't sound like a crook or a scammer because if he was, you wouldn't receive anything.

Why are you defending Mr. Pittman? You're not helping your cause much, in my estimation. You're welcome to read my posts on my dealings with Mr. Pittman. If you think that shipping incorrect and improperly-packaged parts, then withholding a refund for (literally) months is acceptable, that speaks volumes about you.

What would you suggest we do to approach this in a more "adult" manner? Call the authorities? That's already happening. Mr. Pittman will get his legal due in time.
