These are OEM 16" wheels from a 500e

They currently have nearly new Dunlop Graspic H-2 225/50 16 snow tires mounted to them. I used these last season only - so they have a LOT of tread left.

The 225/50 16 size is extremely close to the stock 195/65 15 stock w124 size (less than .1 inch difference is overall diameter).
