i don't know if this counts as a part but I'm looking for an Impulse Counter to use on my 87' 560 SL. If anyone knows of one for sale please let me know and thanks in advance.

Not sure that you can "read' a lot of codes from the '87 and/or '90???

They only claim it to be effective reading the codes from 1992 forward. I wouldn't think that would work for her. I don't know what the differences are between the older ones and the ones from 1992 forward.

I can read also, Dee8go . . . but there's are some codes (10 or so) that can be read from the '87. The leads would have to be adapted.

Remember a 'flash' code reader can read codes from any early MB car that has a 'readable' modules.
