I called the mercedes dealer and he would not tell me if that is a compatiable part?????????

Just spoke with another dealer and he said that part number 008 545 96 32 is an ignition control module. I need the engine control module which the part number I have is 008 545 06 32. The dealer said there is another part number for that ecm but he would not give out that info.??
