Mercedes OE M117 500/560 SEC/SEL Tri-Y headers

I have for sale the sought-after Tri-Y headers for the M117 engine. These will fit all W126's (SEC/SE/SEL's) with a M117 engine. They were removed from the ECE Euro versions, as only some Euro's have these rare headers. The same style headers were used in AMG-tuned engines.

These 4 pieces, when last checked at a dealership in Europe cost nearly 2800 Euro's! In order to purchase these in the US, you must provide proof of ownership of a car that had these headers originally installed.

I will have pictures up next week of the 4 pieces.

I am taking all reasonable offers for these 4 pieces. Don't hesitate to send a PM with a price. If I get no takers, they will be put on ebay.

Greatest way to get back some of that lost hp in your SEC/SEL's!

These are rare and well worth changing to the tri-y's. Not very often do they come along for sale, so if you have interest you'd better snap them up. They are chassis specific BTW.

Bump....

For those who've written to me, I'd like to say this once again... it will only fit the M117. The M116 is not compatible and I don't know if you can make it fit. I guess everything is possible, but its not a bolt-on mod for the M116 380/420 motor.

It is however a bolt-on power upgrade for the 500 and 560 M117 motors. It will ONLY fit the W126 chassis and NOT the R107.

Any fair offer would be considered!

Would this technically fit on a 4.5L M117 motor?

Good question, but I do not know. Reason being is no W126 came with the 4.5 motor and these tri-Y's will only fit the W126 chassis as I mentioned earlier.

Tri Y headers

What reasonable offer would you consider? I'm a cash buyer no b.s. but I'd pay what to me is a realistic price if they are in good condition no cracks and downpipes with neck collars?

I'm planning on putting these manifolds up on ebay.... last chance before it goes up on "the bay". Interested parties can email me direct at the email shown above or by PM.
