Fasteners for tail lights

I don't know what they're called, but I noticed I am missing several of the fasteners that hold my tail light housing on. I think they either screw on or bayonet on. Does anyonne know what they're called? Anybody have some they want to get rid of?

At the speeds you drive, tail lights are unnecessary. Someone has to catch up to you to be at risk of rear-ending you.

Are you asking for the fasteners that bolt the lens to the body or the fasteners that secure the bulb holder back plate to the tail light assembly?

My SEC is an 84 and uses copper colored nuts screwed onto the threaded shaft embedded in the lens assembly to secure the lens to the car.

If you mean the fasteners that secure the bulb plate to the lens, mine appear to be part of the bulb plate itself. When securing the bulb plate I push in this knob and twist to lock. There are two to each light assembly.

There are no SEC's in the yards right now, but the sedans might give me what you need. I thinks the threaded shafts may just screw in/out. I will be going back out Monday to check.

Since there is only 3 years difference between our cars, there may not have been any design change there.

Let me know which fastener you need.
