WTB: Air mass sensor for 1993 300SD

Seems to be a dealer only item. Anybody know of any other sources that are not so expensive?

How about www.pgauto.com or a wrecking yard?

An option is to end your reliance on the MAF -

You might also want to look for an airflow sensor or AFM, as the '93 does not have a MAF / Mass Airflow Sensor.

There was someone here doing an engine swap from a 3.0L car to a 3.5L 126 body, might look back a bit as he was parting what he didn't need (I believe he posted in the parts forum).

Thanks for the replies. I am going to send that link to my mechanic to see if he can do the swap. It's a bit much for my ability If not, I will try these leads for the AFM.
