I have a friend in scrap metal business. He allows me to strip parts from cars for a small fee. I can get your parts at a very inexpensive price. I am not in the parts business!!! From time to time I offer to get parts for folks on this forum if I am going to get something for myself.

Here's how it works:

Friday, October 31, 2008 I purchased a good radiator, aux fan, and an expansion tank for an '85 300D Turbo. I purchased two sets of injector lines for a 5cyl diesel. I purchased an aux fan for a 126 diesel. I purchased 10 turbo diesel injectors. I purchased numerous relays and switches. I purchased some body trim for a 123. I purchased two stereos (one with CD, one with cassette, both Sony). I purchased a climate control until for a 126 and a transmission vacuum control valve for a 616, 617 diesel. I paid $40 for all of this. The problem is that it takes me several hours to get there and several hours to strip these parts. Add in the cost of fuel and something for my time and you can get a good deal on used parts. Some parts I can test while others are a gamble. I will refund your purchase price if the part is defective. You must pay the shipping to get it to you and if it's defective you must pay the shipping to get it back to me but your purchase price will be refunded. I prefer paypal. You will need to allow me time to get the parts shipped. Again, I am NOT in the parts business.
