Can a leather seat cover from a passenger seat backrest be used on the driver's side
I have a 1989 300 SE with a newly perfect interior. The only flaw is a hole torn in the outside bolster on the driver's side backrest. Does anyone know if the cover from the passenger side can be used on the driver's side? There's a complete, perfect, passenger's seat list on ebay if it would work. Thanks.

Yes, both right and left side front seat back covers show the same part number in the epc: 126-910-02-47 (plus you have to add the correct color code for your trim color).

Looking more closely at the seats I wonder if they are the same except for the drivers seat having the center arm rest attached to it. The question is, could the passenger seat be used in place of the drivers seat. I'm wondering if the frame is the same and if I made a hole where the arm rest attaches would I find the same mounting as the driver's has, just covered up by the leather. Does anyone know the answer to this riddle.
