I have a 1937 type 230 Limo. It was a special order to the Sindlefingen Works by the Govt. of Bolivia in June '36. I have complete documentation detailing the car's history from the Govt. of Bolivia and Mercedes. This includes a copy of the original purchase order from the MB archives. The car is currently disassembled at a restoration shop in WV. The chrome has been done, and the chassis is finished as well. The wood framing is bad and needs complete replacement. The only items actually missing are 3 hubcaps. A picture of the car can be seen at

Only my desire to see a part of MB history preserved prompts this message. If you are interested, please contact me at
hillth@navair.navy.mil and let me know. Please don't ask me what is worth, I have no idea.
