Came in a Mercedes child safety letter with instructions where to apply the stickers in the car. Both visors both sides (one with more detail), and passenger side door near dash.
My 1987 has only one bag in the steering, which explains why these weren't ever applied - they are all baby seat related, rear facing, rear seat ... which implies passenger side bag.
But if you've changed out visors or a door panel and are dying to get that "correct MB look and feel" back, and you have a passenger bag, then these stickers are a must have!
