FWIW, I bought a few console wood pieces from this fella. The pieces were in better condition than he described before the sale, and I think he must have shipped them before I even completed clicking "Pay Now" on Paypal. I would ratt him highly.

I've sent funds to the OP on December 1, 2009 and never received the goods. Furthermore, he fails to respond to PM's despite appearing on the forum.

I've initiated a Paypal dispute to obtain a refund.

Other potential purchasers should beware...........this seller is fraudulent.

That's wierd. I sent him money paypal and I got the parts two days later.

I had the same problem. I waited one whole month before opening the dispute. I got my money back though....

Finally received one of the two items that I paid for..........the seat belt retractor.

The retractor was bent during removal from the vehicle and it will not allow the belt to feed.

I personally showed the seller that you have to be smart enough to hold the unit vertically and that it would work as it was supposed to.. but it will not work unless it is vertical.. It is also unusual that you have never shipped the unit back,,, I have set back and let you force me to repay a buyer for a transmission that he said was no good and he never shipped it back and when I called the shop that was to install the transmission the owner told me he used parts of the transmission... You are to quick to judge B.C. I shoulkd have said something at that time because you violated the forum rules.. Jim Harris

Could be the situation. I asked the seller to clarify how it worked for him.............didn't get an answer yet. I'll attempt to get it to work in a vertical attitude.



What's unusual is that a third party, who knows nothing of the transaction or the communication, would make a determination of why I have not yet shipped it back.

Kindly refer to the exact forum rule that you believe I violated. Please refer to it via paragraph number.




Since you sold a transmission that was basically junk, you only have yourself to blame.

I received a refund of the full amount paid for the retractor and the horn contact piece.

I'm still attempting to get the retractor to function, although, despite all efforts, it has failed to do so.

Ship It Back and I will try to get it to work for Josh.. Will send you a video.. Jim

I will ship it back..........however, if you've got any additional ideas to share on how to get it to release and allow the belt to withdraw...........please advise.

I'd really like to get this one working and pay the man what he deserves.
