Like many other cars, my 450SLC Becker Mexico radio was replaced with an aftermarket unit. I'm thinking I'd like to return it back to original. Not looking to spend a small fortune though. If anyone has a resonably good shape unt for a fair price, let me know. Also would consider a Europa model in good shape. Must be the pinstriped models.

I did the same in mine, took the plunge and had it refurbishred with an ipod jack , I think it ran me $120 or so. Works great, looks great and I am very happy with results

Yep, that's the way to go. The newer radio's just look outta place in the older SL's.

Unfortunatly, those Becker Mexico radio's aren't as cheap as I am, and I can't justify $300 bucks on a 30+ year old radio while other things need attention first. If anyone has one for $100 bucks or so, let me know.

I appreciate the offer, thanks. I kinda want a pinstriped unit. Winter is just around the corner so I'll be patient and keep looking till spring.

$130 plus shipping includes the schematic diagram, owner's manual, but missing the frame badge, scratchy volume, crack frame.

Specs.: LW, SW, AM, FM, twin tuner, programmable preselective pushbuttons, traffic decoder, cassette with autoreverse,
power output 2 x 25 watts, FM 88-108 Mhz, two-part radio.

The radios are overhauled and optically and technically set in the original state and come together with face,
knobs, operating instructions .
