WTB - good cylinder hd for '83 240D

I have found a guaranteed cylinder head for a 1983 240 but it is on the other side of the country (US). The price, I figure is reasonable - US$300 so I may end up ordering it this coming week - I figure "ground" shipping is going to run around $50 or so. I am curious if anyone on here has one available that is in good condition. If so please let me know via email.
